■ How to place an order (only in Thailand)

Input the quantity of the product(s) you want to purchase and enter into the cart.

When you finish shopping, click the “Cart” button at the top of the page.

When the “Order form” appears, input and send the necessary information.
↓

The details of the order will be sent to us, then the “Auto reply mail” will be sent to the customer.

After checking the inventory, we will send an email to confirm the order.

Payment
After completing the bank transfer, please photograph or scan the Payment Slip and send to us via e-mail
or Line. (However, product inquiries are not accepted through LINE).

When the payment from the customer is confirmed, we will deliver the product.
■ About delivery Cost

If the purchase amount at one time is over 1,000 Baht, no charge on delivery cost.
If the purchase amount at one time is less than 1,000 Baht, 100 Baht will be charged separately
as the delivery cost.

Cancellation or return of the product after delivery is not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Bank transfer service fee is borne by the customer.

Please complete the bank transfer within 7 days after receiving the order confirmation email.

The product(s) will be delivered within 3 working days after receiving the confirmation of the bank transfer.

If there is no payment confirmed within 7 days after the order confirmation email has been sent, the order
will be cancelled automatically.
■ Defective goods
After receiving the product(s), please contact us immediately. However, return of the product(s) cannot be
accepted unless the product(s) is defective.
